I went to omega on record store day in the summer. I asked Gary if they had any Robert Johnson on vinyl. they didn't.hard to believe he died shortly after that. i went to omega this Tuesday and was looking in the blues section and i saw Robert Johnson on vinyl. it made me think of Gary and how nice he was. The people that run it now are very nice and always help me if im looking for something. i still go to omega a lot mostly on Tuesdays and i always find something i want to buy. I could see his house from mine at Hillcrest Homes. Last time I saw your dad was when he and I were in the service and I gave him a ride back to Wright Patt from Turners where we both were on leave. On the way back one of us set my back seat on fire from a cigarette. Well we never did have any contact after that. I was shipped all over the world and I thought Gary was too. I was on FB with some old classmates and learned of your Dad's passing. What a great guy and friend he was when we were growing up. We got into trouble together. His mom would tell him to "stay away from that Regan kid, he's trouble". My Mom and Dad would tell me the same about Gary. But we still hung out and still got in trouble. God Bless your Dad and you kids, you come from good stock, from a man that will not be forgotten. If I get to Dayton, I will stop in. BTW after getting into all the trouble we did, My career brought me to 25 years of Law Enforcement in Lancaster, Ohio. Where I retired as a Lieutenant. Go figure. Take care of each other.
