Comes with a variety of inserts: a small photo print of the artist photo from the front cover; a collection of five postcards with images of the artist; a double-sided reproduction of a newspaper article on the artist, a single-sided full color-printed poster of the artist in one of his stage outfits; and a 24-page full-color printed booklet-style insert with photos, background on the artist, artwork, and credits.
LP comes in a custom printed inner sleeve.
7" comes in a thin paper sleeve (unlike the 2011 reissue, which was in a heavyweight cardstock sleeve.)
