Pre-Order: French Riviera Concert 1965 - Nina Simone [CD]

There are concerts that stand the test of time - and then there is July 24, 1965. On this summer evening, Nina Simone stepped onto the stage of the legendary Jazz a Juan festival on the Cote D´Azur, delivering a musical tour de force that took the European jazz world by storm. This album captures the raw energy, the fierce political power, and the deep intimacy of an artist at the absolute peak of her creative powers.
