Receptivity [Transparent Turquoise] - Selfish Things

"Born from frontman Alex Biro's journey through addiction, loss, and recovery, Receptivity is the most honest record Selfish Things has ever made. After years of touring with the likes of Jimmy Eat World, Simple Plan, and Don Broco, a 2020 hiatus gave way to a personal unravelling - and eventually, to the songs that would become this album.

Written alongside longtime collaborator Michael Ticar and producer Mike Tompa (Silverstein, The Devil Wears Prada) in the early months of Biro's sobriety, Receptivity is a record about facing the wreckage without flinching. It's about accountability, community, and the quiet work of putting yourself back together."
