Pre-Order: Through Shaded Woods - Pearl White Vinyl [Colored Vinyl] - Lunatic Soul

Lunatic Soul is the solo studio music project of the multi-talented creator, vocalist & multi-instrumentalist Mariusz Duda. 'Through Shaded Woods' is widely regarded as one of the most refined & richly realised albums in the Lunatic Soul discography, as well as it's brightest & most positive to date. On album number seven Duda extends his musical explorations to include dark Scandinavian & Slavic folk, referencing bands like Heilung or Wardruna. Following the heavily electronic soundscapes of previous albums 'Fractured' & 'Under The Fragmented Sky', 'Through Shaded Woods' is completely devoid of electronics & is the first album in Duda's back catalogue on which he plays all instruments. The album moves 'through shaded woods' & emerges into a more illuminated place musically as it progresses - from the atmospheric introduction of "Navvie" through to the title track, which leads the listener to a melodious, trance like "Oblivion", echoing the style of Dead Can Dance. Since the album's first release in 2020, Mariusz Duda has continued to develop one of contemporary progressive music's most distinctive solo careers, releasing the acclaimed eighth Lunatic Soul album 'The World Under Unsun' in 2025 & completing the project's eight-album 'Circle Of Life & Death' cycle. He has also released a series of solo albums under his own name, while in 2026 he announced his departure from Riverside after 25 years, allowing him to focus fully on Lunatic Soul & his other creative projects. His latest release, 'Transition II', revisits material from the 'Through Shaded Woods' sessions with newly remixed pieces & the previously unreleased "Realm Of The Weeping Willows". This single LP edition of 'Through Shaded Woods' is pressed on pearl vinyl & presented in gatefold packaging.
