"Unfortunately, we have discovered a pressing error impacting some of the 12" EPs included in the limited edition 3xLP pressing of Animal Collective's "Spirit They're Gone, Spirit They've Vanished".
Replacement 12"s are already heading to our shipping center; [...] In your package you will receive the shrink-wrapped "Spirit They're Gone, Spirit They've Vanished" 3xLP, plus a replacement copy of the 12" EP."
This implies the error is in the pressing of the disc, an may not necessarily impact every copy.
