Pre-Order: Moon Is Witness - Klone [CD]

Formed in Poitiers, Klone has been shaping atmospheric, introspective rock since the early 2000s, drawing as much from grunge and alternative rock as from metal and progressive music. From the weight of it's early albums to the more open landscapes of Here Comes The Sun, Le Grand Voyage, Meanwhile and The Unseen, the band has built an immediately recognisable identity: powerful guitars, an expansive voice, strong melodies and a melancholy that never stands still. On 12 March 2027, Klone will open a new chapter with The Moon Is Witness, it's first album for V2 Records. The Moon becomes an observer of humanity's impulses and failings, while the lyrics explore love, death, fear, hope and the need to rise again. Recorded, mixed and mastered by Francis Castes at Studio Sainte-Marthe in Paris, where he had previously worked on Le Grand Voyage in 2019, the album features Arnaud Roy on harp, Raphael Weinroth-Browne on cello and Coroner's Tommy Vetterli on guitar. After The Unseen brought together older songs to close a difficult contract with Pelagic Records, Klone joins V2 with a powerful, melodic and deeply human album, made to come fully into it's own on stage in 2027.
